Julia Eckhardt (DE/BE) – is a viola player in the field of composed and improvised contemporary music. She is also a founding member of, and is artistically responsible for Q-O2 workspace in Brussels. The Second Sound is a project by Julia Eckhardt and Leen De Graeve. It is an imaginary conversation between musicians and sound artists on the role of gender and sex within their field.
